SALES EXECUTIVE/MANAGER

Working Hours : 9:30 am 6:30 pm (Mon Sat)

Salary : Upto 30k plus incentives

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our Inside Sales team, specializing in Credit Card sales through cold calling. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele-sales, a persuasive communication style, and a commitment to achieving sales targets. This role focuses on converting leads into successful sales over the calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential customers to promote and sell credit card products.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate credit card solutions.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.

Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales growth.

Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 6 months to 6 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in financial products or credit card sales.

Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Basic knowledge of credit card products and the financial services industry is an advantage.

Proficient in English and local language(s).
