Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to spearhead our solar sales initiatives within housing societies. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential complexes and housing societies. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building strong relationships with housing society committees, conducting presentations, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets for solar energy systems within housing societies.
-Identify and target housing societies with high potential for solar adoption through market research and analysis.
-Build and maintain relationships with housing society committees, property managers, and key stakeholders to understand their energy needs and requirements.
-Generate leads through various channels including Field Visit, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
-Conduct thorough assessments of housing societies to determine feasibility and suitability for solar installations.
-Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to housing society committees, highlighting the benefits and ROI of solar energy solutions.
-Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with housing societies, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
-Coordinate with internal teams including engineers, project managers, and installation crews to ensure seamless execution of solar projects.
-Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements related to solar energy.
-Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.
