Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Sell residential properties in Dombivali and Kalyan market

 Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory

 Attending the walking customers and understanding their needs and guide/explain them accordingly

 Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

 Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value

 Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls

 Develop network and engage with various Channel Partners/Brokers & promote sales

 Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

 2+ years of experience in mid-income/affordable residential sales

 Graduate from a UGC certified college, MBA good to have (not mandatory)

 Understanding of the Real Estate Business

 Build and handle a strong network of connections

 Knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends

 Should have excellent communication and presentation skills

 Languages to be known: Marathi, English & Hindi
