Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive with a background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the sales team by providing business-related insights, helping to identify and qualify potential leads, and offering strategic solutions to drive successful client engagements. You will be responsible for creating a strong initial relationship with clients and prospects, guiding them through the early stages of their real estate journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, offering tailored property solutions.

Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and needs.

Maintain and update CRM systems with lead progress and client interactions.

Provide detailed property presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and investment potential.

Assist clients in evaluating property options that meet their needs (residential, commercial, or investment opportunities).

Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information on property details, availability, and pricing.

Build strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their concerns and guiding them through the decision-making process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 0-2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related role in the real estate industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

A customer-focused attitude with a passion for real estate and sales.
