Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the hardware and locks industry.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of the company's hardware and locking products.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analysis.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications:
1-3 years of sales experience in the hardware and locks industry or related fields.
Strong knowledge of hardware, locking systems, and related products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
