Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Counseling and Consultation: Provide prospective students with detailed
information about our academic programs, admission requirements, and financial
aid options. Conduct counseling sessions to assess their educational goals and
align them with the appropriate program.
2. Course Selection: Assist students in selecting appropriate courses based on their
academic interests, program requirements, and career goals.
3. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential students.
4. Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with leads to build relationships, address
inquiries, and guide them through the enrollment process.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive institutions, and
changes in the academic landscape to tailor sales strategies effectively.
6. Enrollment Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by
converting leads into enrolled students.
7. Consumer Feedback: Gather feedback from consumers about their experiences and
provide insights to improve products, services, and consumer experience.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills with great convincing power.
2. Confident in using MS Office and Google Products
3. Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
4. Comfortable working on targets.
6 days Working
Weekends availability is must (Saturday ,Sunday )
