- Identify and approach prospective clients in aerospace, automotive, defense, and high-precision industries.
- Understand and present technical details of aerospace and plastic tooling solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to propose tooling solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry, quotation, negotiation, to order closure.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on offers, and handle commercial negotiations in coordination with the management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by ensuring timely support, communication, and after-sales service.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality control teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately understood and met.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and revenue forecasts for management review.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
