Job Description

- Identify and target potential dental clinics, hospitals, and practitioners for sales opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business prospects.

- Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to provide optimal solutions in dental supplies.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest dental products, equipment, and technologies in the market.

- Provide product demonstrations, technical information, and answer customer inquiries to promote sales.

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.

- Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

- Offer excellent after-sales support by addressing customer complaints, product issues, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate product deliveries and ensure timely, efficient service for all clients.

- Conduct market research to understand trends and demands in the dental industry.

- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies to remain competitive in the market.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activities, conversion rates, and client feedback.

- Keep accurate records of interactions, quotations, orders, and product shipments.

- Work closely with other departments like marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.

- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

- Represent the company at dental trade shows, conventions, and events to promote products and network with industry professionals.
