Job Description

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for pharmaceutical products.

- Continuously monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to achieve or surpass goals.

- Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, hospitals, and pharmacies.

- Keep up to date with industry developments, new drugs, regulatory changes, and competitor products.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare facilities.

- Effectively explain the features, advantages, and benefits of pharmaceutical products to clients.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the healthcare sector.

- Educate healthcare providers on the advantages and efficacy of NEOFAM products, emphasizing their clinical value.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients while ensuring the profitability and sustainability of deals.

- Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, competitor strategies, and new product launches.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, sales leads, and account progress.

- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products to clients.

- Provide excellent after-sales service, addressing any client queries, concerns, or issues related to product performance.

- Organize and attend training sessions or seminars to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.

- Ensure that all sales activities adhere to local healthcare regulations, ethical guidelines, and industry standards.

- Work closely with the marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

- Collect and document client feedback regarding product performance, customer service, and satisfaction.
