Job Description

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management team.

- Continuously track sales performance and take proactive measures to close deals and meet goals.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the packaging sector.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their packaging requirements, challenges, and objectives.

- Recommend appropriate packaging solutions tailored to each clients needs, emphasizing product quality and cost-effectiveness.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing product benefits and unique selling points.

- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

- Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.

- Work closely with the internal operations and production teams to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and client specifications are met.

- Provide exceptional after-sales support by addressing any client concerns or issues related to packaging products or delivery.

- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client meetings, calls, quotes, and proposals.

- Offer technical expertise during these visits to help clients optimize packaging solutions for their products.

- Work to continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards during all sales activities.
