Job Description

- Travel in state / out of Guwahati and nearby states.

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

- Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

- Gain in-depth knowledge of the companys products or services and be able to effectively communicate features, benefits, and differentiators to clients.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing how the company's offerings can address their needs.

- Research and identify potential leads within target markets, contributing to the development of the sales pipeline.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals while maintaining profitability for the company.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and transactions.

- Develop strong relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact within the company.

- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align sales strategies and improve customer experience.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets, and help the company expand its reach into new regions or sectors.

- Process orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure proper handling and shipment of products.

- Gather feedback from customers to help improve the product or service offerings.

- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, or networking events to showcase products and generate new leads.

- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and customer information in the companys CRM system.
