Job Description

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for construction projects, materials, or services.

2. Identify potential customers (contractors, developers, architects, etc.) and create opportunities for business.

3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.

4. Drive sales growth by expanding the client base and cultivating long-term relationships with existing clients.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including developers, contractors, government agencies, and suppliers.

6. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for their construction requirements.

7. Provide ongoing support and customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied with products and services.

8. Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

9. Promote the companys construction services or products, including building materials, equipment, or design solutions.

10. Educate potential clients about the companys offerings, differentiators, and value proposition.

11. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase product capabilities or services.

12. Assist clients in understanding project specifications and technical details relevant to the construction projects.

13. Conduct research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new opportunities within the construction sector.

14. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and build the companys brand.

15. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring that both the clients and companys interests are met.

16. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and bids to clients.

17. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales and close deals.

18. Ensure all deals are documented accurately, including project scope, timelines, pricing, and payment terms.
