Job Description

1. Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives, including setting sales targets, identifying key customer segments, and formulating plans to increase market share.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, wholesalers, and healthcare professionals (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies) to promote product sales and ensure long-term partnerships.

3. New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities and clients, including domestic and international markets, to expand the company's pharmaceutical product reach.

4. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, digital marketing, industry events, and referrals, to increase the sales pipeline.

5. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, demonstrating the benefits and features of pharmaceutical products to potential clients, and negotiate favorable terms for agreements and contracts.

6. Product Launches & Campaigns: Plan and execute the launch of new pharmaceutical products, including creating promotional materials, coordinating with the sales team, and organizing events or seminars to educate target audiences about the products.

7. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular forecasts to senior management. Use CRM tools to document customer interactions, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights.

8. Pricing Strategy & Market Positioning: Collaborate with the pricing team to develop competitive pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with market demand, competition, and company profitability goals.

9. Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure that all marketing and sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical industry standards, including FDA (or local regulatory body) guidelines.
