Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The Solar Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales of solar energy systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the solar energy market.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solutions.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales Execution:

Conduct thorough site evaluations and consultations with potential clients to assess their solar energy needs.

Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems, financial savings, and environmental impacts.

Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand competitive landscapes.

Stay updated on industry trends, government incentives, and new technologies in solar energy.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
