Position Summary:

Jama Botanics is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our innovative agricultural and wellness products. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing start-up that is committed to making a positive impact on the agriculture industry and individual well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Jama Botanics' agricultural and wellness products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

3. Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and market trends.

4. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Jama Botanics' products.

5. Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product development and sales strategies.

7. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.

8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, marketing, or a related field (Preferably experience in Sales and marketing).

- Strong passion for agriculture, sustainability, and wellness products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a willingness to learn.
