Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers. Address client queries and concerns to facilitate the sales process. Negotiation and Closure:

Negotiate terms of sale to achieve the best possible outcome for both the

company and the client. Close deals efficiently and effectively, ensuring all necessary documentation is

completed accurately. Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry

developments.

Provide insights and feedback to the management team to optimize sales

strategies. Travel:

Be willing to travel within gurgaon as required for client meetings, property

inspections, and business development activities.
