Job Description

Reporting Relationships & Organization Structure:

Reports to: Sales Manager

Collaborates with: Customer (Account management), Production, and Quality teams

3. Dimensions – Targets, Budgets, Staff numbers:

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Manage travel and promotional budget for customer engagements.

4. Principal Responsibilities:

 Maintain relationships with existing accounts (customers).

 Present product offerings and support customers with technical insights.

 Work with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met.

 Report on sales performance and market trends.

5. Job Context:

This role is key in expanding the customer base to support the company's ambitious growth

goals. The salesperson will play a vital role in building market presence.
