Job Description

1. Type of Industry: Industrial Adhesive, Specialty Chemicals, Book Binders, Plastic & Inks etc.

2. Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate, preferably regular BE/B. Tech (Chem.).

3. Age : 25-28 years.

4. Appearance : Presentable.

5. Salary : 25-30 L/Annum CTC. Can be discuss at the time of interview for deserving candidate.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Projects as well as retail sales, Sales planning and new Client identification for hot melt & water based adhesive in assigned territory.

2. Team Handling capabilities.

3. New Product launching.

4. Capability to setup new/improve existing distribution network.

5. Capability to handle distributors/end consumers/contractors.

6. Understand competitor products available in the market, competitors schemes,

7. Promotional activities etc., convey the required information to the management regarding new products that can be started to improve our presence in related field.

8. Sampling of new products to the end consumers.

9. Should have good contacts with Book Binders.

10. Responsible for achievement of overall targeted Sales Value & volume in the area with existing / new customers.

11. Responsible for developing annual budgets for the area in line with the regional objectives.

12. Responsible for demand generation of all products for the area.

13. Identify Key Accounts in the area and develop strategies to tap the business. Develop customer value files for all Key accounts.

14. Meeting dealers explaining about scheme achievements and TOD details.

15. Maintaining regular orders to achieve their targets for monthly wise.

16. Visiting 15 retailers daily explaining about our company products and quality.

17. Giving price lists and explaining scheme details for dealers and retailers time to time of achieving their schemes.

18. Adding new Dealers for developing business.

19. Regular visit and rap pop well make business for new dealers.
