We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect new leads through calls, emails, networking, and attending industry events.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate travel solutions (packages, flights, tours, etc.).

Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns effectively and promptly.

Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on their experiences.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep track of sales performance and report progress to the Sales Manager.

Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and packages.

Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans and itineraries.

Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and assist in lead generation.

Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and gather market intelligence.

Suggest improvements in products and services based on market trends and customer feedback.
