3. Work with sales and marketing teams to curate personalized property presentations and tailor solutions that seamlessly integrate with client requirements.
4. Stay abreast of the latest trends and market dynamics, providing clients with valuable insights and market expertise that empower informed decision-making.
5. Guide clients through the negotiation process with clear communication and strategic guidance, ensuring a successful and stress-free experience.

Other requirements:
1. Proven track record of success in pre-sales, real estate sales, or similar client-facing roles.
