The BPO Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling the companys business process outsourcing (BPO) services to potential clients. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in a competitive environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: min 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.

Strong understanding of BPO services and solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
