Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet
and exceed targets. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through
various channels.
Client Engagement: Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients. Conduct
meetings, presentations, and site visits to address client needs.
Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead
qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Provide excellent post-
sales support and address any issues or concerns.
Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for
management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a strong track
record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with
the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with
clients and colleagues.
Site Visit Capability: Comfortable and experienced in conducting site visits and engaging
with clients in person.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
Problem-Solving Ability: Adept at identifying and resolving issues to ensure client
satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on end-to-end
sales processes.
