• Sales Executive is responsible for proper communication of customer account management matters, loading and shipment of finished goods to the customers as mentioned in GCI QMS.
• He/she is also responsible to implement SOPs and create programs for customer related systems, dispatch and shipment of finished goods.
• Operating as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
• Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Production, Quality, Printing and Finance departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
• This position may require occasional travel.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
