Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving the sales of our automation products and solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can meet targets, understand customer needs, and represent Graven Automation with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
Promote and sell Graven Automation's products and solutions to prospective clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored automation solutions.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities and devise strategies to gain market share.
Provide feedback to the management team on market needs and product performance.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and marketing departments, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company.
