Job Description

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, client referrals, and other effective channels.

Sales Conversion: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by successfully converting leads into sales.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated with current market trends, property rates, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Sales Documentation: Manage all necessary paperwork and ensure legal compliance in all transactions.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and client support teams to develop sales strategies and improve the customer experience.
