As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals that align with our company's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our products/services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat sales.

Present product/service offerings to clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

Report daily and weekly activities to management and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in [Real estate].

Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with the ability to close deals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
