Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
-Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and training to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners, serving as the primary point of contact for client interactions.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients, and participating in networking events and industry conferences.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide insights to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
-Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, and negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and maximise profitability.
-Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
-Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices in sales techniques and strategies.
-Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote our brand and products.
