We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by effectively communicating, negotiating, and closing deals with English-speaking customers. This role involves working night shifts from our office location, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with our client.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential and existing American customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
Sales and Lead Generation: Generate leads through research, outbound calls, emails, and other strategies. Identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and move them through the sales pipeline.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively present their benefits to customers. Address customer queries related to products, pricing, features, and technical specifications.
Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers. Close sales deals, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to revenue growth.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service post-sale, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
