Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operation Engineer to join our team. The Sales Operation Engineer will support the sales team by optimizing operational processes, analyzing sales data, and ensuring efficient use of sales tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Support the sales team with CRM management, including data entry, data cleansing, and reporting.

Coordinate with different departments (., marketing, finance, and product) to ensure seamless sales operations.

Provide technical support to the sales team, including troubleshooting and resolving
