Key responsibilities:
1. Telemarketing: Engage with customers to generate leads and promote our services.
2. Field Work & Sample Collection: Conduct on-site visits to collect commodity samples and understand customer requirements.
3. Handling Hot Sales Inquiries: Respond to and manage incoming sales inquiries from potential customers and collect accurate product details.
4. Supply & Demand Management: Monitor and manage the balance between product supply and customer demand to optimise sales performance.
5. Buyer & Seller Meetings: Organise meetings with potential customers to facilitate successful transactions.
