Position Overview:
The Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from
initiating client conversations to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record in sales, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle
site visits to attend clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet
and exceed targets. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through
various channels.
ï‚· Client Engagement: Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients. Conduct
meetings, presentations, and site visits to address client needs.
ï‚· Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead
qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
ï‚· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Provide excellent post-
sales support and address any issues or concerns.
ï‚· Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for
management.

ï‚· Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a strong track
record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
