Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits
Conduct property presentations and guide potential buyers through the purchase process
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication with clients
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
Negotiate deals and close property sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property laws
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Strong understanding of real estate laws and practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license (if field visits are required)
