Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential franchise buyers from the leads provided by the company. Your primary objective is to educate, persuade, and convert these leads into successful franchise partners for Ecom Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Make outbound calls to potential franchise buyers and effectively communicate the benefits of owning an Ecom Delivery franchise.

Sales Pitch: Deliver a compelling and persuasive sales pitch to engage prospects and address their concerns.

Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested leads to nurture relationships and close deals.

Database Management: Accurately update and manage lead data in the CRM system.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly franchise sales targets.

Customer Assistance: Answer inquiries, resolve doubts, and provide complete information regarding franchise investment, business operations, and expected returns.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in franchise sales, telesales, or business development (preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to persuade and influence potential franchise buyers.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Familiarity with CRM software and basic data entry skills.

Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
