RESPONSIBILITIES

• Should be confident to handle inbound outbound calls on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources.

• Understand the client s requirements and explain our service details accordingly.

• Convince clients on projects and maximize site visit opportunities.

• Follow up with the customers to further the closure process.

• Cold calling to generate verified leads.

• Should be adept at client Relationship Management.

• Have Fairly good knowledge of the upselling and convincing customers.

• Cold calling, Internet research, Data collection, Lead generation, Outbound calling, Customer relation-building, Email Campaign management.

• Understand client financial problems and recommend solutions

• Prepare customised loan settlement plan for clients and explain the same to them

• Get clients to sign up for loan settlement and legal services and meet revenue goals

MUST HAVE SKILLS-

• 1-2 years' sales experience (freshers can apply if they have done sales internships)

• Experience in tele sales/ inside sales preferred

• Good communication skills (Hindi plus functional English required)

• Willing to learn, take initiative, and meet revenue goals

• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

• Professional yet affable disposition.

• Great networking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

• Emboldened by challenges. A CAN-DO Attitude when it comes to Sales! :)
