Job Position: Sr. Sales Executive

Job Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned region.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.

• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Meet or exceed the given sales targets within the designated time frame.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors.

• Develop effective sales strategies and implement them to gain a competitive edge.

• Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of service.

• Prepare detailed sales reports, proposals, and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Update and maintain records in the sales management system.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Degree in Plastic or Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum of 5 years in sales

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
