Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Should have a track record of developing long-term client relationships, closed numerous complex transactions, and be driven by a success-based compensation structure.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Leadership qualities, encouraged to take on a leadership role, collaborate with team members to achieve better results and within the organization and be given numerous resources to help facilitate a lucrative career.

Must have knowledge In-depth understanding of the real estate business, polices, practices - ability and experience in building and handling a large sales team.

Monitor weekly and monthly progress, analyses gaps and suggest improvement areas. Conduct performance discussions regularly.

Conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring schemes to incentivize Channel Partner & Sales Personnel.
