Responsibilities:
Should have a track record of developing long-term client relationships, closed numerous complex transactions, and be driven by a success-based compensation structure.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Must have knowledge In-depth understanding of the real estate business, polices, practices - ability and experience in building and handling a large sales team.
Monitor weekly and monthly progress, analyses gaps and suggest improvement areas. Conduct performance discussions regularly.
