Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Gurgaon. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties while providing expert guidance, market insights, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling: Assist clients in property buying, selling, and leasing processes.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Market Research: Stay updated with Gurgaons real estate trends, property prices,
and market demand.
Site Visits: Arrange and conduct property site visits for potential buyers.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure the best deals.
Customer Service: Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Sales & negotiation abilities
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Basic understanding of legal documents related to real estate transactions
Qualifications:
Senior Secondary
Experience in real estate sales is an advantage
