Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Drive sales by promoting and selling products/services through various e-commerce platforms.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

Lead Management: Identify and qualify leads, converting them into potential customers through persuasive communication.

Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order processing, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products/services.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.

Targets Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to contribute to overall company revenue.

Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts, provide feedback, and optimize strategies.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data.

Performance Analysis: Regularly review sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
