Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the store's product offerings and fashion trends.
Assist customers with product selection and fit, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
Ensure merchandise is properly tagged and displayed in the store.
Inventory Management:
Assist in stock management, including restocking shelves, organizing the store, and tracking inventory levels.
Report low stock levels and product shortages to the store manager.
Help with visual merchandising and store displays to maintain an attractive and organized shopping environment.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and courtesy.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering exceptional service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Store Maintenance:
Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
