We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Internal Office Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a background in sales or customer service. As an Internal Office Sales Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain customer records, and provide support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our solar products and services.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through phone calls, email inquiries, and referrals.

Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding solar solutions.

Record Keeping: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.

Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
