**Role Overview:**

The Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales performance and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve company targets. This role involves developing strategic plans to increase market share, fostering client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and mentor a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and professional development goals.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to ensure the teams skills and knowledge are up-to-date.

**Qualifications:**

- 10+2 , Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Fresher or Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.

- Relevant certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.
