Coordinate with sales peoples

4. Update themselves of new applications where our products are likely to be used.

5. Keep themselves and the customer updated regarding the ledger of accounts and follow up so that accounts are settled on time

6. In case accounts not as per credit control norms, to take an Overriding to make the O/C.

7. Discuss new leads and products with the HOD and factory for developing new customers and products.

8. Collect market intelligence on products and prices of competitors.
