Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Prospecting and Outreach:
o Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, inbound
calls, data calls, emails, and other digital communication methods.
o Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and website
inquiries.
2. Client Engagement:
o Establish and nurture relationships with potential and current clients to understand
their property needs and preferences.
o Conduct initial consultations to gather client requirements and present appropriate
property options.
3. Sales Strategy Execution:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive lead conversion and
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns for generating quality
leads.
4. Pipeline Management:
o Maintain an organized and updated database of client interactions and sales
activities using CRM software.
o Track and report sales metrics and follow up with clients to ensure a seamless
sales process.
5. Virtual Presentations:
o Conduct virtual property tours and present listings using digital tools to showcase
properties effectively.
o Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to clients needs.
6. Negotiation and Closing:
o Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring clients' satisfaction and
adherence to company policies.
o Handle objections and queries from clients professionally and persuasively.
7. Market Expertise:
o Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, property values, and new
developments to provide insightful advice to clients.
o Share feedback and market intelligence with the team to support business
development efforts.
8. Customer Support:
o Assist clients with the buying or leasing process by providing necessary
documentation and ensuring a smooth transaction.
