Job Description

Organizations:

1. Bangalore based Start-up company into branded Food Product business having sales operation in Bangalore, NCR in Modern Retail and E Coms companies in India and also have export operation.

2. Kolkata based Ready to Cook Food Processing company as part of Start-up India has manufacturing and sales operation in Kolkata specially in Modern Retail, Quick Commerce / E Coms and in General Trade in Kolkata.

The ideal candidate must be a dynamic, self-motivated who can smoothly execute various business support and secretarial role closely coordination with the Founder and other key staffs for both the organizations and be the instrumental for the growth of the organizations with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

1. Raising Sales Invoice for smooth delivery of goods to the Modern Retail and Q Com/ E Coms

2. Maintaining Stock for finished goods and raw materials in the depots and Factory

3. Maintaining and preparing the expense reports for Factory and the Depots

4. To manage Admin works, receivable management and coordination with the CA office

5. Interaction and email with the customers, government agencies and the vendors on behalf of Founder

6. To have sharp eyes on the new business prospects and “On Boarding” of the customers

7. Ability to take briefing of the tasks and execute the same within the given time

8. Calendaring, preparing slides and meeting notes for the Founder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years relevant experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills
