Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and effectively selling our interior design services. They will work closely with our design team to tailor solutions to our clients' needs and ensure that each project is a success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients, including homeowners, developers, real estate agents, businesses, and other sectors requiring interior design services.

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, budget, and objectives. Provide tailored recommendations and solutions.

Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop and present sales proposals that showcase our interior design services, project concepts, and deliverables to clients.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and high-level service.

Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close contracts to meet or exceed sales targets. Handle the sales process from initial inquiry to signed agreement.

Collaboration with Design Team: Work closely with the design team to ensure client needs and expectations are understood and met. Provide feedback to designers on client requests.

Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including leads, conversions, revenue generation, and market trends.

Networking & Market Awareness: Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitors offerings.
