• Meeting Corporates on a Daily basis and pitching for F&B requirements
• Discuss event details, understand their requirements, and provide guidance and recommendations
• Building business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationship with clients, meeting retailers and corporates in the vicinity, sharing brand identity and prospects of collaboration
• Collaborate with chefs and Operations to ensure menu offerings are of high quality, visually appealing, and meet client expectations
• Corporate Tie-ups for all restaurants
• Maintain and grow the sales above existing base
• Selling Corporate Party packages, Out Door caterings, Meal boxes, Gift Hampers
• Efficiently respond to all queries and emails
• Planning menus
• Create accurate proposals as per Client requirements
• Develop and deliver menu presentations as per menu brief
• Support the Sales Manager
