Job Description:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify & pursue new business opportunities.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, providing information on services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client contact to final delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (photography, videography, editing) to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
Administrative Tasks: Manage client contracts, invoices, and other sales-related documentation. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project statuses.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other operations, to ensure smooth workflow and consistent communication.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and project updates. Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, client communication, and project management efficiency.
