Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Build and maintain a database of potential leads and contacts for ongoing follow-ups.
Property Presentation:
Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring properties are presented in their best light.
Prepare and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online listings.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients throughout the buying process.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively to facilitate smooth transactions.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other relevant documents for client review and approval.
Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM systems.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales results.
