Objectives of this role
Represent the brand in a professional manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience
Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells
Meet or surpass sales quota expectations
Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues
Responsibilities
Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services the clients.
Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
Establish trusting connections by communicating professionally with Client.
Participate in training and seek opportunities for improving operations
Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions.
Ensuring that all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
Responsible for meeting the revenue targets and also the Margins based on business plan
Preferred skills and qualifications
One or more years of marketing experience.
Excellent Command over English and Hindi.
Positive and Patience.
Ability to deal with demanding customer and escalations.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak
