Job Summary:
The Call Center Sales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services. The role requires maintaining a high level of customer engagement, generating inquiries, and converting leads into orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 50+ outbound calls daily to existing and potential buyers.
Promote products and services effectively to generate interest and inquiries.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
Build strong customer relationships through professional and consistent communication.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion from inquiry to order.
Report daily call activity, inquiries generated, and feedback from customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12 years of experience in telesales or customer service (preferably in trading, FMCG, or industrial sectors).
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
